Our services are dynamic as we show genuine care for your life. Your services will always be met regardless of holidays, weekends or sickness. At Premium Home Care we model our services on the person-centred approach always putting the needs of our clients first.
Our services cover the day to day needs of People Living in the community with a disability that need support to live their life to the fullest.
Our staff who I’m sure you’ll love have the empathy to help you with your day to day needs. All staff have the credentials needed to work in the community and are continually training to be the best they can be.
Our Services & Programs
Having trouble accessing your local community? Need transport for an important appointment? Need more in-depth care? We have the qualified support workers and Enrolled Nurses to give you that little boost you need to live a fulfilling life.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
Are you or a loved one living with the challenge of an intellectual, physical or social disability in the community?
Premium Home Care is a part of the National Disability Scheme (NDIS) which gives funding to those who are under 65 for the provision of support and development of skills for a better life.
Premium can assist with Community Access, Assistance with Self-Care Activities/Personal Care, Transportation, and Support to attend Allied Health appointments
